RTT · Rapid Transformational Therapy

Change, at the level
where it was formed.

RTT is a focused method for uncovering and shifting the beliefs and patterns running quietly in the background of your life — so clarity, confidence, and direction become natural, not effortful.

The method, plainly

What Rapid Transformational
Therapy actually is.

RTT is a focused, guided method that works with the relaxed, receptive state of the subconscious mind. In that state, we explore where specific beliefs and patterns began — and gently replace them with something more aligned, useful, and true.

It is non-clinical, grounded, and practical. You remain aware throughout. The work is rooted in modern neuroscience and decades of applied practice — and the results are designed to be lasting, not momentary.

How sessions work

A considered process,
step by step.

Step 01

Free clarity call

40 minutes. We explore what you are looking for, whether this work fits, and how to begin. No pressure to continue.

Step 02

Intake session

A deeper conversation to map what you want to shift, the patterns we will focus on, and what success looks like for you.

Step 03

RTT session

A 90-minute to 2-hour focused session. We work with the subconscious to explore and re-author the beliefs holding the pattern in place.

Step 04

Personalised recording

A bespoke audio recording created for you — to listen to daily during integration, reinforcing the new patterns at the subconscious level.

Step 05

21-day integration

The period when change settles. Structured reflection, optional check-ins, and support while the new patterns become native.

Step 06

Follow-up session

We meet again to review what has shifted, where to deepen, and whether additional work would support the next stage.

Questions

Honest answers,
quietly held.

If your question isn't here, the clarity call is the best place to ask.

No. RTT uses a deeply relaxed, focused state — similar to the moments before sleep. You remain aware, in control, and able to communicate throughout. Most people describe it as calm and clarifying rather than unusual.

Not at all. Many women arrive with a general sense that something needs to shift. Part of the work is exploring what is really underneath — you do not need to arrive with it perfectly articulated.

Most meaningful change happens within one to three sessions, each focused on a specific theme. Some women do one focused piece of work; others layer several sessions over months.

RTT is not traditional therapy. It is a focused, forward-looking method that works with the subconscious to shift patterns at their root. It complements — but does not replace — clinical therapy where that is needed.

No particular belief is required. The work is grounded and practical. You do not need to be a believer — you only need to be open to exploring what has been shaping you beneath the surface.

That is completely normal. We begin with a free clarity call so you can ask questions, get a feel for the work, and decide whether it feels right before committing to anything further.

conversation.

Forty minutes, no pressure. Space to explore what you want to shift — and whether this work is the right fit.
